How we work
Each session involves a range of content:
- Informational delivery from me on key topics
- Short individual exercises with the opportunity (but no obligation) to share
- Work in pairs or smaller groups in breakout rooms
- Group polls, exercises and discussions
In our first session we establish ground rules including group confidentiality. This gives a safe space where people can feel comfortable discussing and sharing ideas for the future. I hold a space for the group which is friendly, supportive and non-judgemental.
