Courses and workshops

What is 'What's Next?'

Over six 90 minute workshops from 7:30 - 9:00pm on Sunday evenings, you'll gain the time, space and structure to think deeply about your career. Over the first four weeks we'll explore your career using interactive exercises based on the pre-eminent theories of occupational psychology, concluding with two weeks of proactive planning and goal setting (and top tips for CVs, interviews and more), leaving you with a a well-considered action plan for your next career steps.

Each 90 minute workshop is interactive, discursive and supportive, and includes a soft drink (a little reward for taking the time to nurture your career!). You'll also receive detailed notes and handouts to keep, which provide a resource to draw on for the future too.
